When can I expect my order?
Right now, you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 days of purchase. Please review the Shipping policy.
PRE-ORDERS: Pre-orders is a service we offer to our customers to receive exclusivity when ordering new apparel. This allows customers to order prior to the official launch date scheduled. With this, there will be a window of time that the pre-order is available. Your order will be processed and ship AFTER the scheduled window for pre-order is closed. Expect for your order to be shipped within 7 days AFTER the window has closed.
How do I determine my size?
All t-shirts and hoodies/sweatshirts are unisex, which means they may run larger. If you are wanting a fitter look, consider going a size down. There is a product description and size chart for each item for your reference. The customer is responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing size charts prior to purchases. Of course, we are not all the same size. Sizes are NOT guaranteed. By reviewing the size chart and description it should provide assistance with choosing the size that fits you best!

What about return/refund/exchanges?
Please review the Return/Exchange policy. You will have 7 days within receipt of your order to return for possible exchange or utilize for store credit. Additional details are in the return/exchange policy. Please review as this will aid in accepting/declining the return/exchange.

What do I do if my apparel is damaged?

I received the wrong apparel, what do I do?
Although we strive for perfection, we are human and fall short sometimes resulting in the wrong items being shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right.
